Cookie Policy
This explains what cookies are, which ones this site uses, what each category is for and how to change your mind about any of them. Nothing here is written to talk you into accepting them.

What cookies are
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser so it can recognise that browser the next time it sees it. The web has no memory of its own, so without something like this every page you open would arrive as a complete stranger.
Similar technologies do the same job by other means, including pixels, tags, local storage and software development kits. Where we say "cookies" on this page, we mean all of them.
Why we use them
Four reasons, in roughly the order they matter:
- To keep the site working. Remembering that you dismissed a banner, keeping a form from losing what you typed, balancing traffic across servers.
- To keep it secure. Spotting automated abuse and protecting the forms from spam submissions.
- To understand how the site is used. Which pages people read, where they arrive from, where they give up. This is how we decide what to fix.
- To measure and run advertising. Knowing which campaign produced an enquiry, and showing our ads to people who have visited before.
We do not use cookies to build profiles of individuals, and we do not sell what they collect.
The categories we use
Rather than list every cookie by name, which goes out of date the moment a tool updates, here are the categories and whether each one waits for your consent.
| Category | What it does | Needs consent |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Makes the site load, keeps forms working and protects against abuse. The site cannot function without these. | No |
| Functional | Remembers choices you have made, such as a dismissed notice, so you are not asked twice. | Yes |
| Analytics | Counts visits and reads how pages perform, so we can tell a returning reader from a new one. | Yes |
| Advertising | Measures which campaign produced an enquiry and allows us to show ads to previous visitors. | Yes |
Only the first category is set before you choose. Everything else waits.
Who sets them
Some are set by us. Others are set by the companies whose tools we use, which means those companies receive information directly and handle it under their own privacy terms.
- Our website and hosting. The cookies that keep the site running and secure.
- Google Analytics. How the site is used, in aggregate.
- GoHighLevel. The system behind our enquiry forms and client management.
- Advertising platforms. The platforms we run campaigns on, for conversion measurement and remarketing.
If we add or remove a tool, we update this page. Each of these providers publishes its own privacy and cookie information covering what it does once the data reaches it.
How to control them
On this site
When you first visit, you are asked what you are willing to allow. You can change that choice at any time by reopening the cookie settings from the banner or the link in our footer, and your decision is remembered for that browser.
In your browser
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, and most offer a setting that limits cross-site tracking. Those controls sit in the privacy or security section of your browser settings. Blocking everything will break parts of many websites, not just ours.
Browser privacy signals
Some browsers and extensions send an automated opt-out signal on your behalf, such as Global Privacy Control. Where the law requires us to honour that signal, we treat it as an opt-out without you having to do anything else.
At the platform
Google and the major advertising platforms each publish their own opt-out tools, which apply across every site using them rather than only this one.
What happens if you decline
The site works. Nothing is withheld, no feature is locked, and you are not asked again on every page.
What changes is on our side rather than yours: we stop seeing your visit in our analytics, and we cannot connect an enquiry back to the campaign that produced it. That is the trade we accept for asking honestly.
If you are in the US, UK, Canada or Australia
We work with businesses across all four, and the rules are not the same in each.
- United Kingdom. Anything beyond strictly necessary cookies waits for your consent before it is set, which is why nothing analytical or advertising-related loads until you choose.
- United States. Several states give you the right to opt out of targeted advertising and of the sharing of personal information. You can exercise that through the cookie settings on this site, through a browser privacy signal, or by emailing us.
- Canada and Australia. You can refuse or withdraw consent at any time using the same controls.
Our privacy policy sets out the wider rights you have over information we hold, and how to ask us to act on them.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when the tools we use change, or when the law does. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
If we start using a category of cookie we did not use before, we will ask for your consent again rather than relying on a choice you made about something else.
